IFCG’s role is to provide independent governance and strategic advisory support to Principals, family offices, boards and long-horizon capital pools. IFCG does not through this website provide custody, execution, discretionary portfolio management, brokerage, legal, tax or accounting services.

Website content is not a recommendation regarding any security, manager, bank, OCIO, custodian, asset class, transaction or investment strategy. Material capital decisions should be considered in the context of the relevant family’s objectives, circumstances, legal structure, tax position, liquidity needs and appointed professional advisers.

Independent perspective

IFCG’s objective is to provide an independent Principal-side perspective across the governance architecture. The Principal, board, investment committee or other duly authorised party retains decision authority in accordance with the relevant governance arrangements and engagement terms.

No governance framework, provider review or advisory process can eliminate investment, operational, legal, liquidity, market or other risks. IFCG does not guarantee investment performance, provider outcomes or the success of any decision.

The availability and scope of services may depend on the relevant jurisdiction, client circumstances and applicable law. Specific services will only be undertaken where appropriate and documented in a written engagement.
